Located at the foothills of the Himalayas, Rishikesh is the home of yoga, meditation and adventure sports in India. Also known as the “Gateway to the Garhawl Himalayas”, the holy city of India is visited by people from India and abroad. Lakshman Jhula: One of the popular attractions in Rishikesh, Lakshman Jhula is 450 feet long suspension bridge located at Muni Ki Reti. It is at the height of 70 feet from the river and was opened in 1930 for public. Lakshman Jhula is surrounded by big temples and sparkling markets.


Ram Jhula: Located at the distance of nearly 10 km from Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula is built over the river Ganges at Muni ki Reti. It was erected in 1980s and is bit bigger than Lakshman Jhula. Ram Jhula is lined by markets and temples on both sides. It connects the Swargadham, Gita Bhawan and other temples with Sivananda Ashram.



Neelkanth Mahadev Temple: Situated at the height of 1675 meters, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is one of the best places to visit in Rishikesh. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva, the Hindu God and is believed to be at the spot where Shiva drink the “venom” appearing after the ocean churning by the Gods and Demons.

Geeta Bhawan: Geeta Bhawan is the temple complex which is located near Laxman Jhula on banks of the river Ganges. It provider free accommodation to the devotees from faraway places in it’s over 1,000 rooms. Geeta Bhawan offers the facilities like food, and boat service to the devotees on nominal rates. It is situated near Ram Jhula and is at the distance of just 3 km away from railway station.

Shivpuri: Shivpuri is the key location in India for white water rafting and is at the distance of 19 km from Rishikesh. It is swarmed with the adventure lovers who want to experience the thrill with rafting and other adventurous activities.
